Additional Staff
In the coming weeks, you will see new employee profiles for two new team members! We continue to grow and definitely needed the extra support! We are in the process of cross team training and they will be ready to go in a week or so. (They would probably say that they hit the ground running!) We are excited to have two more people that will allow us to offer the best service and support for our owners and renters!
Exterior Photo Project
One of our summer projects has been to make sure all of our street addresses were up to USPS mailing standards in preparation to launch our exterior photo project. We are always working to make sure we have up to date information on the homes we manage. This includes having current pictures from move in and move out inspections. We wanted to make sure we had up to date exterior photos for the houses we manage, and we are in the process of getting those photos taken. As you can imagine, it is going to take a while to get to hundreds of homes, but it is an important documentation project for us.
The Rental Market is Hot!
We have had an incredibly busy summer. The home market has definitely heated up, and there isn’t enough inventory to meet the demand. We work with many large, Kansas City employers to help them relocate their staff. You would be surprised how many great people we get to meet! We help people that work for Sprint, Garmin, Cerner, Samsung, and even the Royals and the Chiefs! We enjoy helping so many people find a place to rent that they can call home.
