Welcome Joshua, Our Newest Property Manager!

We wanted to take a moment to introduce everyone to Joshua, our newest Property Manager!

Joshua is friends with our very own Josh Thornton, who has been working for Home Rental Services for years.  That friendship is what led to our hiring Joshua!  Joshua used to work for a company in the same building and would come down to have lunch with Josh every once in a while.  He was always interested in the work that we do, and that turned into a great conversation about him becoming part of our team.

Joshua works with owners and renters for all aspects of the properties we manage.  He was trained by both Trent and Derek and has really been an immediate asset to the company.  We are so happy to have him!

Joshua was born and raised in the Kansas City area. He comes to Home Rental Services with a diverse background in national pharmaceutical assistance programs, shipping and the service industry. When not working, Joshua enjoys getting out with his camera and taking photos. In his additional free time, he spends time with friends and family or  volunteering for different causes that he is passionate about.
