Introduction to our new website!

We recently created a new mobile friendly website that’s even easier to navigate! We wanted to take a minute to show you the highlights!

Kansas and Missouri Listings

You can see our newly formatted Kansas Listings and Missouri Listings (Just click on either of those links). You can search the listings by rent amount, zip code, address, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms and more. You can also sort the listings based on price, date posted, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms and square footage. We think you’ll find the new listings screen even easier to navigate.

Once you click on an individual listing, you will see the information is presented cleanly. The image slideshow is easier to use and you can navigate the photos at your own pace with the left and right arrows. Also, you can click the Print link to download a PDF version of the listing.

There’s a new way to sign up for email updates whenever we list new properties. All you have to do is click the “Subscribe to Listings” button on either the Kansas or Missouri listings pages and fill out the form!

Application and Screening Process

We’ve updated information about how our Application and Screening Process works. We’ve tried to make things more concise, and we use new navigation elements like “click to expand” sections with additional information on key topics to get you to the information you need as quickly as possible.
