Most companies have someone that is the first point of contact when clients call or walk in. We have had that in years past, but up until July of this year, we had been using temporary help to manage the phones and front desk. We knew it was important to invest in hiring a full time person for this visible and customer facing position. We also knew that we needed to find the RIGHT person.
After searching for many months, we have finally found the right person for the job!
Please join us in welcoming Melissa to the Home Rental Services team! She is our Director of First Impressions, and whether you call or come in, you will be talking with Melissa at some point!
We knew early on in the interviewing process that Melissa was going to be an excellent fit for us culturally and professionally. We were surprised to find out that she was a previous renter with us! It doesn’t hurt to add another K-State grad to our team either! (Kandy and Caitlin are K-State grads.)
Melissa started in July and has definitely hit the ground running. She is doing a fantastic job of managing the incoming phone calls, helping people coming to our office and driving projects proactively.
We are so glad to have Melissa on our team!
