Every year, we join KVC in their Holiday Heroes Program to adopt children in the foster system for gifts. It brings us joy as we work to bring them joy.

While it’s common for HRS tenants to stay longer than the national average of 3-5 years, it’s rare to see someone stay for over 15 years. In fact, we currently have 17% of our tenants having stayed with us more than 5 years, and the “Top 3%” have been with us for more than 10 years. (Our longest tenancy? It’s about to hit 20 years!)
